Design Lead

Softobiz is looking for a Design Lead to shape the company's visual identity across its website, social media channels, and video content. This role combines creative design expertise with AI-powered production tools to deliver high-quality visual assets at the speed required by a growing technology company.

Working closely with the Head of Marketing, the selected candidate will manage visual content from concept to final delivery, ensuring that every asset follows the brand's design standards. The focus is on creating engaging website graphics, maintaining a consistent social media presence, and producing video content using modern AI-assisted tools.

This position is suited to an experienced designer who can independently manage multiple creative formats, work efficiently with generative design technologies, and deliver polished assets ready for implementation by web and development teams. A strong portfolio demonstrating real-world design work and practical use of AI tools is an important part of the selection process.
