About the role
Dizz2Bizz Solutions is hiring a Social Media Manager with 3+ years of experience to plan, implement, and manage social media strategy and brand presence across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and implement social media strategies across the entire brand. Manage content across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Identify insights and social media trends through data analytics. Use data to inform campaigns and posts across all accounts. Monitor, engage, and grow online communities through best-practice community management. Monitor brand consistency, customer engagement, and web traffic of campaigns. Monitor and analyze competitor social media communities and channels. Manage projects aligned with the overall social media and digital marketing strategy. Run social media ads for B2B, B2C, and ecommerce businesses. Uphold the company's brand voice and increase brand awareness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and high attention to detail. Fast learner able to adapt techniques based on requirements. Thorough understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest). Experience in influencer marketing is a must. Creative mindset and willingness to think outside the box for engaging content. Strong data analysis skills using Google Analytics or equivalent. Team player willing to work with various internal stakeholders. Shopify experience is an added advantage.
